01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the sulas9k website, downloading the mobile app, or registering an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players on the platform.

sulas9k reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use sulas9k, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration
• Be physically located in the Philippines
• Not be on any self-exclusion list applied to the platform
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration
• Not have a pre-existing sulas9k account under your name or identity

sulas9k reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed may be suspended pending verification. Players found to have provided false information at registration will have their accounts closed and balances may be forfeited.

03 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sulas9k login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

• Use a strong, unique password and update it regularly
• Enable OTP verification where prompted for sensitive account actions
• Log out of your account on shared or public devices
• Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

sulas9k uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform. However, you are responsible for the security of your own device and access credentials. sulas9k will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on sulas9k are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported Philippine banking channels, including bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet, and local e-wallets. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods.

• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name
• Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and the account reviewed
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified account in your name
• KYC identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are shown in the account dashboard

sulas9k is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or circumstances outside the platform's control. Withdrawal processing times are shown on the Withdrawal page.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, sulas9k may offer bonuses, cashback, or promotional credits to registered players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated when the offer is presented. General principles that apply to all bonuses include:

• Bonuses are only available to eligible players who meet the stated requirements at the time of the offer
• Bonus funds are separate from your main PHP balance and subject to playthrough conditions
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated

• Attempts to exploit or abuse bonuses — including using duplicate accounts — will result in forfeiture

06 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

All players on sulas9k are expected to engage with the platform honestly and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform or games
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical faults for financial gain
• Colluding with other players in games where such coordination would be unfair
• Any form of fraud, including chargebacks, identity misrepresentation, or use of stolen payment methods
• Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial purpose
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with platform software

sulas9k uses active monitoring to detect unusual account activity. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, sulas9k may suspend the account, withhold pending withdrawals, and report the activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

07 Responsible Gaming

sulas9k is committed to supporting responsible gaming. The platform is intended for entertainment, not as a source of income. All players are encouraged to set and manage their own spending limits. The following tools are available in every sulas9k account:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can add to your account

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publish, or modify any platform content without prior written consent from sulas9k. Unauthorised use of platform materials may constitute a breach of intellectual property law.

09 Limitation of Liability

sulas9k provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While reasonable steps are taken to ensure service availability and accuracy, the platform does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or specific outcomes from gaming activity.

• sulas9k is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, network outages, or third-party service disruptions
• Decisions made by players based on platform content are made at their own risk
• sulas9k is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these terms

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

10 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from use of the sulas9k platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal dispute, players are encouraged to contact the sulas9k support team to seek resolution. Most account and transaction queries can be resolved through the support channel without the need for formal proceedings.

12 Account Closure and Termination

You may request to close your sulas9k account at any time by contacting support. Any available PHP balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing and any applicable bonus conditions.

sulas9k reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where there is evidence of terms violations, fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or conduct harmful to other players or the platform. In cases of confirmed fraud, associated balances may be forfeited.
